Aufgaben
- Support demand planning and supply planning functions
- Assist customer service and S&OP day-to-day operations
- Manage daily order processes
- Create and maintain demand forecasts
- Review forecasts across multiple time horizons
- Utilize O9 Demand Planning software
- Coordinate customer action plans with supply planning
- Optimize fill rates through cross-functional communication
- Determine timelines for promotional and new brand forecasts
- Collaborate in Pre-S&OP meetings
- Input data and generate reports using SAP and BI
- Monitor fill rate and forecast accuracy KPIs
- Evaluate alignment with financial plans
- Recommend and implement performance improvement actions
- Execute daily supply planning with the planning Hub
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
- Contribute to cross-functional activities and projects
- Support brand equities and customer experience
