- 3+ years supporting/managing Supply Chain business processes in ERP/enterprise application environment
- Enjoyment of analysing complex issues, identifying root causes, driving sustainable improvements
- Understanding of application lifecycle and IT service management principles (Incident, Problem, Change Management); ITIL experience advantageous
- Enjoyment of collaborating with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants, Developers; application ownership; motivated by continuous learning
- Proactive mindset with interest in leveraging AI and automation for application operations, support processes, user experience improvement
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 advantageous
- Fluent in English; German is a plus

- Support critical Supply Chain business processes
- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants, and Developers
- Act as operational owner of ERP applications
- Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and Dynamics 365
- Drive incident management and root cause analysis
- Resolve problems and ensure business continuity
- Manage L1/L2 application operations
- Collaborate on complex L3 topics
- Support operational readiness and solution validation
- Identify and implement sustainable improvements
- Enhance operational excellence and long-term maintainability
- Build and maintain operational documentation
- Create and update runbooks and knowledge articles
