- Reduce working capital through system enhancements
- Develop and troubleshoot supplier EDI connections
- Resolve system errors and process inconsistencies
- Monitor invoice postings and identify deviations
- Support corrections using the four-eyes principle
- Manage urgent material shortages and supplier escalations
- Coordinate express shipments and provide planning backup
