Aufgaben
- Perform supplier quality risk assessments and classifications
- Prepare quality assurance agreements based on supplier risk
- Negotiate and implement quality assurance agreements
- Define requirements for receiving inspections
- Participate in sample approval process with Supply Chain and R&D
- Analyze supplier quality performance
- Contribute to supplier performance evaluations with Procurement
- Assess and handle supplier change requests
- Manage PPAP activities for supplier readiness and compliance
- Handle sorting activities for supplier quality rejects
- Maintain compliance on supplier quality activities
- Participate in supplier audits per ISO 9001
- Follow up on non-conformities and CAPAs
- Support document control processes
- Ensure issue, approval, review, and retention of quality documents
- Execute outsourced services per internal procedures
- Promote quality awareness across teams
- Ensure adherence to BD’s Quality Management principles
