- Achieve net cost reductions for products and materials
- Evaluate alternative materials and manufacturing processes
- Conduct supplier audits with quality and procurement
- Drive supplier base reduction and consolidation
- Manage change for material transitions to strategic suppliers
- Ensure validation and qualification with stakeholders
- Deploy dual/multi-source supply strategies
- Manage change for supply strategy implementation
- Ensure validation and qualification with cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvements within categories
- Introduce innovative strategies for supplier excellence
- Implement lean methodologies for cost reduction
- Optimize processes for cost reduction targets
