- Coordinate and oversee audits
- Coordinate and oversee stakeholder engagements
- Act as the primary interface with subcontractors and consortium partners
- Monitor subcontractor and partner performance
- Manage risks with subcontractors and partners
- Drive successful outcomes with subcontractors and partners
- Ensure robust programme reporting
- Ensure issue resolution
- Drive continuous improvement throughout project execution
- Define technological solutions
- Generate project documentation
- Lead teams and coordinate tasks
- Optimize allocated resources
- Control source versions, baselines, and releases
- Control the project budget
