  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and documenting HR regulations, guidelines, and internal standards
  • Support HR compliance projects, including risk assessment and documentation
  • Provide recommendations for action on compliance projects
  • Contribute to internal communications, including content revisions and legal coordination
  • Translate internal communications into English
  • Assist in coordinating and managing HR committee activities
  • Support employee relations and dialogue with employee representative bodies
