Anforderungen
- •10+ years of experience at a digital agency in multiple strategy roles
- •Deep expertise in business strategy, consulting, and digital transformation
- •Experience in an international environment, including international accounts
- •Strong track record of engaging with C-suite stakeholders
- •Experience working across complex, matrixed environments
- •Ability to bridge the gap between creative, media, technology, and business consulting
- •Experience with leading €XM+ accounts from a strategy perspective
- •Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on growth enablement
- •Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- •Strategic Visionary: Able to see the bigger picture
- •Collaborative Leader: Works effectively across disciplines
- •Influential Communicator: Skilled at storytelling
