- Excellent communication skills in German and English
Aufgaben
- Lead complex SAP customer transformations
- Define business objectives with customers and SAP account management
- Plan IT transformation initiatives
- Manage engagement stakeholders and mentor the program team
- Coordinate across all involved SAP business units
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Ensure projects meet contracted scope and quality criteria
- Utilize state-of-the-art methodologies and tools
- Enhance SAP-customer relationships through personal connections
- Identify opportunities to further assist customers
- Support major deals with expertise and personality
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team
- Mentor team members to improve SAP processes
