Anforderungen
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years proven product management records, including go-to-market strategies
- Product management experience for complex mechatronics + software products; Internet or AI products experience is a plus
- Proven success bringing products from ideation to business success (0 to 1, then to 100)
- Proven success managing products with intense customer interactions and user experience
- Strong product management skills, exceptional business and user insights
- Proficient in market analysis, user research, financial modeling, competitive analysis
- Strong business acumen and user-centric design thinking
- End-to-end product lifecycle management capabilities
- Full-process experience from market analysis to product maintenance
- Deep understanding of key technologies: robotics, AI, IoT, human-machine interaction
- Ability to transform technology understanding into user-perceivable core values
- Excellent strategic thinking
- Cross-functional leadership
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Team management skills to drive consensus and results in complex environments
Aufgaben
- Create product strategies and roadmaps
- Contribute to company strategy formulation
- Convert company strategy into product management strategy
- Lead long-term product strategy and roadmap development
- Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and technology analysis
- Perform comprehensive evaluation and prioritization of new product candidates
- Complete business feasibility studies
- Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies
- Coordinate marketing, branding, and sales teams
- Achieve product positioning, release plans, and channel strategies
- Identify and pilot innovative customer onboarding and engagement approaches
- Measure on-market performance
- Define and monitor KPIs for product success
- Continuously improve strategies using data-driven insights
- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Communicate product strategy to top management
