- Curious, proactive, commercially minded mindset
- Comfort challenging assumptions with data
- Detail-oriented approach
- Ability to assess broader strategic impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or comparable discipline
- Encouraged to apply even with partial experience
Aufgaben
- Develop and own strategic pricing for the Monitoring business
- Define pricing strategy, governance, analytics, and execution
- Translate customer value into pricing decisions
- Drive profitable growth and margin performance
- Enable better commercial decision-making
- Shape pricing strategy across product lines, markets, segments, and channels
- Create clear price architectures, guardrails, and approval thresholds
- Define price positioning based on customer value and competitive dynamics
- Support pricing for new products, software, and services
- Co-own pricing governance and exception handling
- Manage list prices, discounts, and customer-specific pricing
- Monitor compliance with pricing policies and approval rules
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership on complex deals
- Build scenario models for price, volume, mix, and margin
- Shape proposals and commercial packages to protect profitability
- Lead pricing analytics and develop dashboards and reports
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for pricing processes
- Standardize pricing methodologies and training
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
