- Experience in managing a Book of Business
- Track record in managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities
- Ability to establish trusted advisor relationship with clients
- Successful onboarding of new clients
- Coordination and leading of regular client check-ins
- Light video editing using the Synthesia platform
- Retention and growth of enterprise clients
- Ensuring ROI and value understood by clients
- German Native or Bilingual Proficiency
- Based in Europe
