- Convert business requirements into service solutions.
- Guide Service Delivery Leads on priorities and quality.
- Collaborate with managers on performance and talent growth.
- Coordinate with external partners for quality execution.
- Track delivery data and cost tables.
- Shape LAB offering evolution.
- Shape product direction.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and digital ambitions.
- Maintain transparent communication and reporting.
- Foster a culture of improvement.
- Integrate feedback and emerging technologies into operations.
