- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder bids
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen

- Exceptional proposal writing skills
- Fluent English and desirable German
- Proficiency with CRM platforms

Aufgaben
- Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle
- Lead complex high-value tender responses
- Dissect RFP and RFI requirements
- Build comprehensive bid compliance matrices
- Assign content owners across functional teams
- Manage proposal drafting and iterations
- Conduct internal red-team reviews
- Ensure on-time proposal submissions
- Set milestones for technical and commercial inputs
- Establish clear deadline escalation paths
- Coordinate post-submission clarification rounds
- Prepare Best and Final Offers
- Support customer Q&A sessions
- Coach sales leads for oral presentations
- Run structured Go/No-Go qualification frameworks
- Assess deal size and strategic fit
- Document lessons learned from post-bid reviews
- Assemble specialized bid teams for opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings
- Act as primary contact for customer procurement
- Maintain detailed bid process documentation
- Standardize value propositions across all proposals
- Align messaging with ICP and ISP frameworks
- Enforce proposal quality gates
- Validate use cases and competitive differentiators
- Ensure commercial accuracy of pricing constructs
- Flag non-standard terms for executive approval
- Maintain a library of pre-approved modules
- Position compliance narratives for NIS2 and NIST
- Identify gaps in the value proposition toolkit
- Coordinate risk assessments and effort planning
- Partner with leadership on bid strategies
- Build a structured win/loss analysis framework
- Capture data on pricing and competitive positioning
- Deliver actionable deal insights to leadership
- Improve bid templates and approval workflows
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
