Strategic Account Specialist Surgical Innovations(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- •Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience
- •Fluency in French and English; German is a plus
- •Understanding of surgical innovation products
- •Ability to manage large strategic accounts
- •Proven track record in driving sales growth
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
- •Experience providing guidance, coaching, and training to sales professionals
- •Strong teamwork skills
- •Strong IT skills

- •Implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives and target results
- •Identify sales growth opportunities with key accounts in the surgical field
- •Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and develop new accounts
- •Participate in team projects to meet account and business objectives
- •Provide support and training to other sales professionals
- •Secure effective agreements within the surgical portfolio
- •Work independently to build a network of relationships with partners
- •Drive adoption of surgical innovation solutions to meet sales targets
- •Influence partners through advanced negotiation and presentations
