On-floor client service and team development for omni-channel strategies in luxury retail. Several years of luxury retail management experience, with 2+ years leading a store team, required. Advanced omni-channel retail setup.
Anforderungen
- Several years of experience in management role in luxury retail environment
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and coaching a store team
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
- Strong knowledge of important retail KPIs and luxury retail market
- Deep focus on customer service mindset, organization, and detail-orientation
- Ability to motivate, coach, train, and develop the store team
- Fluency in spoken German and English expected
Aufgaben
- Represent the company in the local market
- Identify opportunities to increase customer footfall
- Attract new clients and build brand loyalty
- Be present on the sales floor to ensure excellent client service
- Foster omni-channel development within the team
- Ensure synergy between front and back of house
- Drive and maximize sales performance
- Propose and develop business plans
- Meet store operating budget and control expenses
- Develop and maintain solid client relationships
- Guarantee excellent client satisfaction
- Promote a client-centric mindset
- Encourage entrepreneurial and team spirit
- Communicate effectively to ensure efficient organization
- Mentor, train, and coach the store team
- Help the team exceed their KPIs
