- Define and maintain Operational Design Domain boundaries
- Conduct CONOPS scenario analysis
- Perform hazard analysis and risk assessment
- Conduct SOTIF analysis
- Define safety functions and integrity targets
- Define system-level validation criteria
- Own system-level risk acceptance
- Define operational measures
- Manage regulatory register and compliance matrices
- Allocate safety functions and integrity targets
- Arbitrate safety-security conflicts
- Coordinate cross-domain risk management
- Communicate safety functions and ODD constraints
- Review architecture proposals for hazard coverage
- Participate in scenario reviews and field trials
- Coordinate with Quantum Systems core group
- Define validation scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Review and accept validation evidence
- Develop AI-assisted workflows for safety analysis
- Maintain compliance auditing and traceability management
