- •Self-motivation and initiative in problem-solving
- •BS Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and 7+ years of applicable job experience
- •Strong knowledge of RF, analog, digital, and mixed-signal fundamentals
- •Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Written and verbal communication skills
- •Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- •RF cascade analysis and/or mixed signal experience
- •Experience in phased-array, radar, electronic warfare, satellite communication, or military communication
- •Printed circuit board design experience and exposure to PCB design tools
- •Experience with lab diagnostic equipment
- •Proficiency in MATLAB, Python scripting, and C/C++ programming
