- Knowledge of Cloud Storage technologies (File, Object, Block)
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible), monitoring and observability
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

- Deploy and configure Ceph clusters
- Maintain storage pools and placement groups
- Tune Ceph for optimal performance
- Address performance bottlenecks
