- Hands-on capability in software, cloud, and networking

- Transparency of work for Tech Lead and teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts to technical audiences

- Prior experience with Python stack in production

Aufgaben
- Drive technical improvements for services with EMs
- Identify architectural blockers, reliability risks, and cost leaks
- Determine effort, risk, and benefit of solutions
- Avoid over-engineering solutions
- Prioritize and plan solutions
- Consult domain leads on non-trivial risk/opportunity/cost decisions
- Solve critical domain problems beyond squad scope
- Build consensus on solutions
- Share understanding of solutions
- Mediate technical topics within the organization
- Mediate technical topics outside the organization
- Contribute to the tribe's Backend chapter
- Provide input on tribe-level technical topics
- Own the long-term architecture of domain services
- Own the long-term architecture of the technical stack
- Promote best practices across teams
