- Build and deliver high-quality features for the Affinidi Elements Platform using Rust
- Create standards-compliant software systems and components
- Influence architectural direction and long-term technical strategy
- Design and implement solutions to complex technical challenges
- Identify and drive critical improvements in product quality and security
- Mentor team members through code reviews and workshops
- Guide the team in building well-tested and performant services
- Establish best practices for high-scale distributed systems
- Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams in an iterative environment
