In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the cloud infrastructure on AWS, focusing on scalability and security. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading initiatives, mentoring engineers, and driving innovation in infrastructure solutions.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• •10+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, or related fields
• •Deep expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code principles
• •Strong understanding of serverless architectures and AWS Lambda
• •Proven ability to design and implement monitoring and observability solutions
• •Expert-level knowledge of AWS services and best practices
• •Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or Bash
• •Proven ability to define and implement deployment strategies
• •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• •Prior experience mentoring engineers in a staff or principal-level capacity
• •Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, fluency in English required
• •Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• •A passion for building reliable and efficient infrastructure
• •Background in cost optimization, compliance, or developer platform enablement
• •Experience with additional observability or security tools

Aufgaben

• •Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS
• •Lead development and implementation of Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
• •Architect and implement serverless solutions with AWS Lambda
• •Own monitoring and observability strategy using Grafana and Sentry
• •Collaborate with engineering teams and technology stakeholders
• •Drive initiatives to enhance infrastructure security posture
• •Identify and solve complex infrastructure challenges
• •Mentor senior infrastructure engineers
• •Evaluate and introduce new infrastructure technologies
• •Define and enforce infrastructure standards and best practices
• •Support the engineering manager in team development
• •Continuously improve processes and tools within the infrastructure team
