- Solid backend engineering experience (APIs, caching, distributed systems)
- Strong database skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and Redis/Elasticsearch experience
- Comfortable in cloud-native environments (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, DevOps)
- AI-native mindset (daily AI tool use, AI integration understanding)
- Strong communication skills and cross-disciplinary work ability
- Calm in ambiguity, proactive, pragmatic, impact-driven
- Experience building AI-powered product features (assistants, suggestions, automation)
- Understanding of prompt design, RAG patterns, vector search, AI evaluation
- Background in ERP, field-service, construction, trades, or vertical SaaS
- Experience in distributed or remote-first squads
- German language skills around B1 (optional)
