- Experience with LLM observability and evaluation frameworks
- Proven ability to optimize RAG pipelines for latency and cost
- Familiarity with building multi-agent workflows
- Experience building internal SDKs or libraries for AI features
Aufgaben
- Write high-stakes code for AI solutions
- Lead implementation of scalable backend services
- Develop AI-native applications
- Solve complex architectural problems across teams
- Collaborate with PMs and ML engineers on AI prototypes
- Transform experimental ideas into production-grade services
- Manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle from data retrieval to monitoring
- Design complex conversational states and multi-agent protocols
- Set standards for AI development and influence technical direction
