Aufgaben
- Drive technical direction of data platform
- Lead architecture decisions and delivery
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design
- Support and develop a team of 4-5 engineers
- Provide technical mentorship
- Unblock delivery and build product-minded culture
- Own and evolve data infrastructure
- Manage data lake, data foundations, semantic layer, and data governance
- Lead streaming adoption across the team
- Apply and advance data modeling practices
- Prioritize and mediate with product stakeholders
- Advocate for technical decisions and work sequencing
- Contribute to self-service data platform evolution
- Drive cultural and technical shift toward distributed data ownership
- Collaborate on cross-cutting architectural decisions
