- Build and enhance incentive reward structures to motivate and retain users
- Improve in-app return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Collaborate with data analytics and engineering teams to enhance data structures
- Increase data visibility and traceability
- Establish technical best practices, including documentation and data product ownership
- Create measurement plans and experimentation frameworks
- Define and implement KPIs that align team output with business goals
- Ensure every model, dashboard, and analysis has a clear purpose and outcome
- Mentor and support data scientists and analytics engineers
- Drive high standards and facilitate effective team scaling
