- Good knowledge of SQL and Python data engineering stack
- Team skills, communication skills, and hands-on mentality
- Well-organized, structured, and self-driven
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Grow and manage a network of business contacts
- Understand business processes and data representation
- Collaborate with leaders to develop advanced machine learning models
- Deliver complex projects in assortment planning, pricing, and distribution
- Conduct business understanding and requirements analysis
- Perform data analysis and statistical modeling
- Lead project planning and stakeholder management
- Partner with data engineering and software engineering teams
- Deploy, integrate, and maintain data products
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models
- Act as a role model for other data scientists
- Influence decisions impacting teams and the company
- Support project leads in defining long-term roadmaps
- Guide the team towards optimal solutions
- Conduct insightful code reviews and facilitate knowledge sharing
- Drive data science initiatives and shape AI strategy
