- Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
- Extensive AdTech industry expertise
- Master-level proficiency in Python and SQL
- Deep expertise in ML frameworks TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Strong experience with Big Data and Cloud infrastructure PySpark, Google Cloud Vertex AI, or equivalent
- Proven ability to design and oversee large-scale distributed systems
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to navigate and align multiple teams
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field
Aufgaben
- Lead the design and development of complex data science systems
- Drive technical excellence in Yield Optimization portfolio
- Identify and promote new technologies for competitive advantage
- Plan and execute large-scale initiatives with cross-team collaboration
- Resolve complex technical problems and design custom solutions
- Design scalable and efficient systems for data processing
- Evaluate architectural trade-offs for business needs
- Act as a technical leader and mentor for data scientists and engineers
- Refine problem-solving tools and technical documentation
- Collaborate with Product Management and Backend Engineering on roadmaps
- Contribute hands-on by developing model components and conducting analysis
