- High autonomy and ownership
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Web Development experience
- DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, AWS)
- gRPC experience
- Firebase experience
- Open-source experience
Aufgaben
- Build and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter
- Participate as a solution architect in new projects
- Think through and implement changes across all stacks
- Collaborate with Shop Backend and Webstacks teams
- Drive technical discussions and architectural alignment
- Set coding standards and review pull requests
- Mentor other engineers in the team
- Empower the team to deliver mission-critical features
- Contribute to architectural decisions across multiple stacks
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Testers
- Introduce technologies and tools to improve productivity and quality
- Debug performance and reliability issues across stacks
