In this role, you will design and develop RF connectors for high-speed automotive applications while collaborating with various teams. Your work will involve optimizing designs, characterizing performance, and ensuring technical excellence through validation testing.

Anforderungen

• •Masters or MBA Degree
• •7-10 years of employment experience
• •Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF design or related field
• •Hands-on experience in RF component design, electromagnetic simulation, and RF characterization
• •Background in RF connector design, ideally within the automotive industry
• •Familiarity with high-speed automotive applications and protocols
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• •Proven ability to work in cross-functional, global teams
• •Fluency in English; German is a plus

Aufgaben

• •Design and develop RF connectors for high-speed automotive applications
• •Perform electromagnetic simulations to optimize connector designs
• •Collaborate with mechanical and manufacturing teams
• •Characterize RF performance in frequency and time domains
• •Drive continuous design improvements
• •Own RF topics within interdisciplinary project teams
• •Partner with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to define RF connector requirements
• •Translate requirements into product specifications
• •Plan and oversee validation testing in internal and external labs
• •Present testing results to customers
