- Design Workday as a connected operational fabric
- Architect deterministic rails for 100% correct and auditable solutions
- Integrate AI and agents on top of deterministic rails
- Use structured frameworks for problem statements and strategic objectives
- Measure outcomes rather than ticking feature checklists
- Partner with customer executives and project leadership
- Own end-to-end HCM solution architecture
- Drive design closure on time and on budget
- Guide cross-functional design decisions
- Facilitate structured decision-making
- Ensure design recommendations align with customer problem statements
- Lead or support key design workshops
- Constructively challenge partners and customers
- Shape post-go-live roadmaps for continued value realization
