- Lead initiatives to improve team health and performance
- Support release planning to align product development with business priorities
- Work with Recruiting and HR to optimize the candidate experience
- Develop hiring playbooks and interview frameworks for AI roles
- Track and report key hiring metrics to leadership
- Facilitate continuous process improvements among recruiters and hiring managers
- Act as an operational partner to the VP, coordinating staff activities
