Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Food Science
  • •Proficiency in English; German is a plus
  • •Minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical operations within a GMP environment
  • •Strong experience in biotech processes, sterile processes, and production equipment handling
  • •Ability to thrive in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams
  • •Willingness to travel occasionally and availability for remote on-call duties
  • •Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards

  • •Provide support and troubleshooting in Drug Substance Manufacturing areas
  • •Oversee equipment installation, maintenance, and calibration
  • •Review exceptions and support batch record reviews
  • •Lead deviation investigations and CAPAs
  • •Represent operations in facility design and tech transfer
  • •Commission and validate new production lines
  • •Drive continuous quality and process improvements
  • •Collaborate with various departments and external partners
  • •Take accountability for presence, performance, and efficiency
  • •Adopt a customer-centric approach in all activities
