- Exceptional writing skills in German and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field
- Equivalent experience to Bachelor's degree
- Ability to be present in Hamburg office 1-2 times per week
- Living within commutable distance to Hamburg office
Aufgaben
- Lead communications for Pinterest in DACH region
- Execute communication plans for consumer, B2B, corporate, and policy
- Drive proactive consumer PR initiatives
- Localize and amplify global brand campaigns
- Translate core messaging to DACH audiences
- Position Pinterest as a tool for real life
- Amplify Zurich AI Hub excellence
- Build narratives around AI innovation
- Showcase responsible AI and content moderation
- Support DACH MD and global executives
- Prepare executives for industry events and media appearances
- Manage rapid response to high-priority issues
- Cultivate relationships with journalists and new media
- Act as line manager to Berlin-based direct report
- Foster a learning-focused environment
- Oversee in-market PR agencies
- Direct agency work, monitor progress, and manage budgets
- Build partnerships with regional sales, policy, and marketing teams
- Ensure alignment on business priorities
- Protect brand integrity
