• •Manage booth builds, swag, and shipping
• •Coordinate travel arrangements and staff room blocks
• •Align brand messaging with internal departments
• •Manage relationships with production partners and vendors
• •Oversee end-to-end budgets and invoice reconciliation
• •Maintain event briefs and detailed run-of-shows
• •Lead on-site setup, execution, and teardown
• •Track performance metrics and event ROI
• •Partner with RevOps to monitor lead generation

• •Foster relationships with prospects and talent leaders
