- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Interest in lean operations and process optimization
- Experience in a large company with modern processes
- Experience with auditing
- Prior experience with direct reports
- Experience from regulated industry (pharma/medtech/OTC)
- Meticulous, structured and responsible

- Social and communicative
