As a Senior Accountant, you will lead a dedicated team while managing accounting and legal reporting for a cluster of companies. This role also involves collaborating with various departments and contributing to key finance projects, including the implementation of a new ERP system.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/accounting
• •At least 5 years of experience in accounting
• •Good professional knowledge of accounting and tax rules
• •Extensive experience with accounting systems and Excel
• •Experience with Sage
• •Experience in leading people
• •Enjoyment of coaching people
• •Very good German
• •Fluent in spoken and written English
• •Interest in lean operations and process optimization
• •Experience in a large company with modern processes
• •Experience with auditing
• •Prior experience with direct reports
• •Experience from regulated industry (pharma/medtech/OTC)
