- Plan and implement growth targets and OKRs
- Monitor performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Regional Teams
- Define and track monthly, quarterly, and annual OKRs
- Challenge and drive business, financial, and functional performance
- Track daily core marketing KPIs and budget rates
- Identify and address performance anomalies and risks
- Propose solutions and outline next steps
- Maintain real-time, easy-to-interpret reporting and dashboards
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on performance trends
- Analyze customer cohorts, marketing channels, and campaign effectiveness
- Translate data into actionable initiatives
- Drive user growth and improve marketing efficiency
- Explore new growth opportunities and tactics
- Support senior management with performance reports
- Conduct business modeling and other key analyses
- Champion a test-and-learn culture
- Support experiments and track results
- Synthesize learnings into strategic recommendations
