Aufgaben
- Provide regular project status updates to management
- Prepare for and participate in Sales Finance Companies performance reviews
- Assist in establishing new performance processes (VLV and MCM)
- Organize annual strategy and budget planning cycles
- Coordinate with country managers for planning cycles
- Prepare presentations for annual planning cycles
- Prepare regional Hoshin independently
- Monitor SFC and EAR targets
- Report to the Executive Committee
- Conduct performance analyses
- Derive actions from performance analyses
- Develop new tools and reports for monthly reviews
- Contribute to market analyses
- Participate in special projects
- Develop product ideas
- Participate in internal and external events
- Monitor market trends
- Prepare presentations for top management meetings
- Support conferences and workshops
- Monitor the CPMO budget
