Aufgaben
- Contact customers daily to book shipments
- Determine customer needs and find solutions
- Independently buy and sell shipments
- Create quotes and advise customers
- Advise account managers
- Develop custom logistics solutions
- Monitor shipments to the destination
- Ensure smooth transport flow
- Proactively inform and communicate with customers
- Purchase transport capacity from third parties
- Arrange transport capacity with third parties
- Design cost-efficient logistics chains
- Support new customer acquisition
- Handle internal administrative tasks
- Work on internal projects
- Exchange information with other German stations
- Exchange information with international FedEx locations
- Collaborate with transport companies
- Collaborate with agents
- Collaborate with other partners
- Build strong business relationships
- Maintain strong business relationships
- Provide 24/7/365 availability
- Work in shifts
