Anforderungen
- 15+ years of SOF experience
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information security clearance
- Detailed understanding of USAF/USN/USA/USMC/NATO analysis methodologies and Joint capabilities
- Accreditations as a leader of a S3/J3/G3 Tactical Operations Center, Task Force staff, or Battle Staff experience
- Bachelor’s degree and seven years of experience, an associate degree and 10 years of experience, or 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as a member of a team
- Effective management, administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment
Aufgaben
- Provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership
- Manage the tactical operations center
- Supervise personnel and subordinate supervisors
- Monitor and synchronize current operations
- Communicate significant events and situational changes
- Lead a cell to analyze order of battle
- Ensure mission networks remain available
- Oversee TOC-E notification processes and procedures
- Direct completion of network and systems analysis taskings
- Conduct standardization and security assessments
- Monitor alerts and report operational briefs
- Participate in tactical plans and proposals
- Provide recommendations on task workload
- Attend meetings and serve as primary client liaison
- Interact with agencies, vendors, and program staff
- Coordinate deliverables and product development
- Ensure project deliverables meet high standards
- Maintain knowledge of relevant technology
- Participate in special projects as required
