Anforderungen

  • Approx. 5 years experience in space engineering domain

Aufgaben

  • Lead space system design, development, and operation
  • Perform orbit determination and propagation
  • Plan maneuvers and optimize trajectories
  • Process SSA/SST data and maintain catalogs
  • Integrate sensor data
  • Architect and implement production-grade software
  • Review production-grade software
  • Develop software using Python, Java, and FORTRAN
  • Utilize Orekit or similar orbit mechanics libraries
  • Conduct verification and validation with mission datasets
  • Lead a high-performing engineering team (2-6 people)
  • Mentor engineering team members
  • Coordinate engineering team workloads
  • Guide technical decisions for the engineering team
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery
  • Ensure technical quality of projects
  • Meet project timelines
  • Ensure customer success on projects
  • Capture mission requirements
  • Refine mission requirements
  • Lead high-level technical discussions with customers
  • Translate operational needs into system features
  • Serve as primary technical contact for key accounts
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts for proposals
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts for strategic initiatives
