- Testing, integration, V&V
- Deployment and operational follow-up
- Strong technical project management background
- Prioritization and backlog management
- Cross-team coordination
- Tracking deliverables, risks, and milestones
- Efficient communication with stakeholders
- Hands-on software engineering experience
- Familiarity with modern development practices
- Ability to lead technical discussions with customers
- Ability to clarify mission requirements with customers
- Ability to ensure delivery quality and operational readiness with customers
- Experience providing guidance to small engineering teams
- Mentoring and task coordination experience
- Professional experience in international, distributed teams
- Valid EU work authorization
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures
- Knowledge of cloud deployment frameworks
- Familiarity with orbit determination libraries
- Familiarity with SSA/SST processing pipelines
- Familiarity with sensor fusion workflows or catalog maintenance

Aufgaben
- Lead space system design, development, and operation
- Perform orbit determination and propagation
- Plan maneuvers and optimize trajectories
- Process SSA/SST data and maintain catalogs
- Integrate sensor data
- Architect and implement production-grade software
- Review production-grade software
- Develop software using Python, Java, and FORTRAN
- Utilize Orekit or similar orbit mechanics libraries
- Conduct verification and validation with mission datasets
- Lead a high-performing engineering team (2-6 people)
- Mentor engineering team members
- Coordinate engineering team workloads
- Guide technical decisions for the engineering team
- Drive end-to-end project delivery
- Ensure technical quality of projects
- Meet project timelines
- Ensure customer success on projects
- Capture mission requirements
- Refine mission requirements
- Lead high-level technical discussions with customers
- Translate operational needs into system features
- Serve as primary technical contact for key accounts
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for proposals
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for strategic initiatives
