Solution Sales Expert(m/w/x)

In this role, you will take charge of complex sales cycles, building strong relationships with enterprise customers while driving digital transformation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic planning, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with teams to ensure success in the BTM space.

Anforderungen

  • Several years of successful experience in enterprise software sales
  • Strong SAP ecosystem knowledge and understanding of Business Suite, AI, and Integrated Toolchain strategy
  • Deep industry expertise and established network in a specific industry vertical
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to take full ownership and drive incremental revenue
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC sales methodology with excellent forecast accuracy
  • Strong solution demonstration capabilities (BTM portfolio preferred)
  • Proven ability to navigate complex corporate environments and influence decision-making at multiple levels
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
  • Strong business acumen with capability to solve complex, multi-dimensional business problems
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience with SAP methodologies
  • Knowledge of BPM, Process Mining, Enterprise Architecture concepts
  • Track record managing 7-digit transformation deals
  • Experience coordinating Virtual Account Teams and cross-functional resources
  • Certification in MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies

  • Drive team success through knowledge sharing and mentoring
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources for problem-solving
  • Establish strategic relationships at C-level
  • Position as a trusted advisor for digital transformation
  • Execute comprehensive territory strategies for market coverage
  • Maintain disciplined documentation standards for pipeline management
  • Proactively qualify opportunities in the sales pipeline
