- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, and web technologies
- Ability to design, configure, and maintain demo environments and client prototypes
- Familiarity with enterprise software, data analytics tools, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Excellent analytical skills for translating business needs to technical solutions
- Proficiency in English (C1) and German (C1)
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for engaging demos
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High degree of structure, time management, and self-organization
- Motivated, proactive, and curious mindset; eagerness to learn and adapt
- Client-centric approach with ability to build trust-based relationships

Aufgaben
- Deliver engaging product demos tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather requirements
- Design tailored solutions and define implementation scope
- Build and maintain demo environments
- Create customized demo content
- Develop client-facing prototypes using ITONICS software
- Provide technical guidance during presales and onboarding
- Offer API consultations
- Integrate Power BI
- Address IT and cybersecurity topics
- Support revenue and sales teams by completing RFPs
- Complete functional and technical questionnaires
- Prepare compliance documentation
- Bridge customer, sales, and product development teams
- Gather and share market feedback
- Influence product roadmap discussions
- Conduct internal trainings on onboarding, demo best practices, and product updates
- Maintain up-to-date documentation
- Work closely with account executives and customer success
- Ensure smooth solution delivery and client satisfaction
