- Translate complex requirements into structured solution concepts
- Develop implementable integration strategies
- Lead technical workshops and architecture discussions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical evaluations
- Develop integration approaches using APIs and data models
- Design cloud-based architectures
- Support technical components of RFIs and RFPs
- Contribute to proposal and documentation development
- Advise CIOs, IT Leads, and Supply Chain stakeholders
- Build technical credibility with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
- Partner with Customer Success for long-term adoption
- Ensure solution feasibility and scalability
- Contribute to architectural standards and best practices
- Develop reusable solution frameworks
- Support internal technical enablement
