As a Solution Consultant, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and showcase how Veeva's solutions can enhance their operations. This role involves delivering tailored demonstrations, leading workshops, and collaborating with teams to ensure customer success.

Anforderungen

  • •Proactive and thoughtful communication skills
  • •3+ years of experience in Pharma/Biotech, MedTech, or another regulated industry
  • •3+ years working with Quality Assurance software solutions
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • •Fluency in English and German
  • •Willingness to travel within the EU
  • •Self-sufficiency, curiosity, and teamwork ability
  • •Understanding of process design and quality operations
  • •Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • •Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing role
  • •Experience with SaaS/cloud applications
  • •Background in consulting or software implementation
  • •Fluency in Italian, French, Spanish, or additional languages
