- Excellent English communication and comprehension skills
- Good German client communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
- Ability to listen to customers to understand issues
- Strong expertise in manufacturing industry and/or product costing (if German < C1)

- Ability to work independently
- Full ownership of tasks
- Experience or willingness to work with Asana, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Slack, G-Suite, MS Office
