- Relevant academic background (Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields)
- Professional experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally within SaaS or ERP/Planning systems
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations with solid understanding of planning and scheduling challenges
- Proven data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; strong proficiency with SQL
- Demonstrated ability to lead testing, quality assurance, training, or user adoption activities with customers
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-changing environment
- Fluency in English and German

- Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives and planning needs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design tailored supply chain solutions
- Ensure smooth integration of our product with clients' existing systems
- Conduct rigorous testing to meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Guide customers in maximizing product value and efficiency
- Provide ongoing support to resolve critical incidents
- Achieve continuous improvements through value-driven development
