- Ensure consistent adoption of architectural guidance
- Balance business needs with technical excellence
- Own the Solution Architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Align architectural strategy with Enterprise Architecture
- Drive end-to-end architectural alignment across business capabilities
- Ensure seamless solution integration across different domains
- Manage and reduce technical debt
- Evolve architecture and platforms for rapid feature delivery
- Define and enforce standards for high availability
- Manage disaster recovery and business continuity standards
- Oversee risk management and NIS2 compliance
- Establish measurable reliability practices and maturity assessments
- Conduct resilience reviews and failure testing
- Provide hands-on guidance for designing distributed systems
- Build scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant cloud-native systems
- Align Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Product
- Promote event-driven systems and domain-driven design
- Implement API-first patterns and modern governance
