- Strong ability to balance technical depth with business priorities
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in German highly desirable
- Experience working in international, cross-functional teams

- Develop and maintain solution architecture for on-premise and cloud products
- Define and drive modernization roadmaps for legacy systems
- Evaluate GenAI for application modernization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
- Ensure adherence to architectural principles and coding standards
- Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices and cloud-native technologies
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Conduct proof-of-concepts and deliver minimum viable products
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to align architecture with security objectives
- Maintain architecture documentation and technology guidelines
- Contribute to strategic technology evaluations across the product landscape
