- Familiarity with common AI use cases (chatbots, RAG applications, agents, perception, surveillance, autonomous systems)
- Strong requirements gathering skills
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Strong solution scoping skills
- Ontology modeling expertise for Resaro's ASQI framework
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams
- Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art approaches and limitations for testing/validating complex models
- Prior exposure/experience engaging senior stakeholders (Director to C-suite)
- Technical background in ML, AI engineering, or data science
- Hands-on experience with AI tooling
- Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks
- Prior experience navigating government procurement processes (RFIs, RFPs, SBIRs)
- Prior experience in high-security, low-visibility agencies (defence, national security, public safety)
- Knowledge of deployment constraints in high-security/classified environments
- Prior security clearance (Government CONFIDENTIAL and above)
Aufgaben
- Interface with customer mission and internal technical teams.
- Shape custom AI testing solution design and delivery.
- Define solutions for complex, high-security settings.
- Guide engineering efforts in high-security environments.
- Ensure smooth delivery in complex, high-security settings.
- Lead discovery sessions and solution workshops with agencies.
- Map client workflows and environments (data, processes, tools).
- Identify customer pain points.
- Translate pain points into actionable solution concepts.
- Define AI TEVV roadmaps for GenAI or Computer Vision.
- Adapt TEVV strategies for various modalities.
- Prioritize features and tasks based on mission value.
- Build, run, and scale the Approved Intelligence Platform.
- Build, run, and scale the AI Solution Quality Index.
- Contribute to the ASQI engineer OSS project for AI applications.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and designers on solution quality.
- Build reusable project plans and proposals for client engagement.
- Manage cross-functional teams.
- Oversee project delivery, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary stakeholder interface.
- Communicate project progress and risks effectively.
- Understand customer AI development/deployment priorities.
- Understand customer AI concerns and pain points.
- Pre-empt customer solution needs.
- Understand technical deployment constraints in high-security settings.
- Navigate procurement processes.
- Support proposal development and tender responses.
- Guide the hardening of AI systems.
- Identify AI system risks (e.g., hallucinations, prompt sensitivity).
- Identify potential solutions for defense and law enforcement.
- Provide insights on testing Gen AI systems for national security.
- Evaluate and recommend AI testing tools, platforms, and methods.
- Understand trade-offs of AI testing tools and methods.
